Dulce de Leche is a famous desert that originated back in the 1820's in Argentina as a peace offering during war.
Lately it has started a craze in all kinds of deserts, and now even Haagen Daaz has an ice cream called Dulce de leche, and Starbucks brews Dulce de Leche coffee during the season.
Down here in South Florida you can find in it on any Latin American restaurant menu and people seem to really love it!
Recently we made cupcakes for a couple parties and they both wanted Dulce de leche here are some pics including our latest creation The Cupcake favor.
